determine what you want — bullshit!

October 1st, 2010

I want to talk about the law of attraction, but it’s something that nobody talks about. That is, see, the law of attraction in theory is that you’ve got to determine what you want. That’s the first thing everybody says. Now some people will say you’ve got to be really, really specific, some other people will say you’ve got to be more general.

The best answer I got about the amount of specificity you’ve got to have when determining what it is you want or describing it, is you go as specific as it makes you feels good, and I went oh. So for example, I want a new plasma TV, a big huge plasma TV. Now if I just say plasma TV it doesn’t feel good, but if I think about the size, the look, the feel, I’m not going to go as specific as knowing the brand of the TV, I don’t really care, but I know that it has to be an incredibly high quality image. I want good sound in it and I want to be able to play my video games, and I know the feeling I want to have while playing my video games on that television. So that’s kind of very, very specific. But if I go more specific than that – is it LCD or plasma, the brand – I don’t get a good feeling. If I go more general than that, then I don’t have a good feeling. It’s a good example. I found that when it’s some thing that you want to do, thing meaning really material stuff like a car or jewelry, I find it easier to be more specific.

Now, something I’ve been playing with in the last three days is more states than stuff – so fun, joy, whatever it is. Now when I “attract” something as general as a feeling, meaning having the experience of having fun, well it might help for me to give myself examples. So playing the new Halo Reach with friends, that’s an example of doing something specific that’s fun. But I found if I want to experience or attract in my life a feeling, if I focus on how specifically I want the feeling to happen, unless that’s what I really want, but it kind of jam the whole things up. I prefer to just focus on the vagueness of the feeling. Now, in terms of describing what you want there seems to be different ways of doing it, and sometimes one way works wonderful, and sometimes the same way doesn’t work. So one way to describe things is in terms of your relationship with time.

So I’d like to have fun, means it’s in the future. It might be now, it might be in two days, but it’s kind of in the future. I’d like to have a television or whatever, it’s kind of in the future. So sometimes I love to use that point of view because it’s open to possibilities. But, sometimes you want to use your relationship with time as if you already have it. So if I say oh I already have the television, well that’s a different feeling because it’s more realistic. It makes the experience more real, but at the same time you use the kind of thrill of oh it’s on its way. So playing with your point of view and relationship with time is very interesting. So you’re in the now and the event is in the future, or you’re in the now and you have it right now.

Or, sometimes what I like to do is I go into the future and I’ve had it for a while. It changes the feeling and it depends on what it is that you’re looking for. So for example, if you have a big goal, it’s something that you have difficulty believing that it’s done. For example, let’s say it’s making a million dollars and you’ve only made $500 per year for the last 80 years and you’d like to make a million dollars. So it’s kind of a stretch. So what you do is you could say in the future I’d like to make a million dollars, but it doesn’t feel good; you don’t believe it. Then you can say I have a million dollars and then describe the reality as if you already had it. But, the one thing you could do is add time to it.

So for the last 20 years I’ve been making a million dollars a year, how would I feel then? So it adds certainty to it because in the scenario you’re building in your mind you’ve been making a million dollars for 20 years. When you do this, right now I’m making my first million, or right now I’ve been making one million a year for five years, or right now I’m making a million per year for the last 20 years. The feeling will change.

So I think that’s one way – the more I’m playing with this and the more it seems that it’s an art between different elements of how you feel. How do you determine what you want? Is it based on right now, or something in the past that somebody said what you should want? And when you describe what you want are you writing it down? Are you acting it? Are you saying it out loud? So these are all different ways, because the problem with all of the courses is they are too general. They give you what to do, not how to do. So for example, and I quote Kevin Trudeau, you’ve got to turn your back on what you don’t want and focus on what you want. All right, now how do I do this?

Do I actually go into Wal-Mart or Future Shop, look at the TV screen that I want, then I look at it all day and I turn my back and I invite my banker to Future Shop to whom I owe $23,000 and I turn my back to him literally and look at the screen? How do you do that specifically? That’s always my thing. And the more I learn about this, there’s two things – there’s the technique you’re using or the methodology or the principles of the law of attraction, and then there’s the manifestation of it. So for example, if you want fun in your life then maybe today the idea that’s going to come into your mind is I don’t know, start a new business. So you go oh, I find the tool so forever I know how to have fun. No, because the next day because you’ve worked too much yesterday, the tool that the universe is going to provide to you is get drunk. So it’s kind of sometimes confusing because when you really start beaming what you want and you get it in your life, you go oh can I let go now? So it’s kind of a fun thing to do.

why I am a god

July 6th, 2010

Today I thought I’d give you an update of the latest technologies of what I’m using. It’s a mix of the law of attraction and a mix of a couple things. The real problem that I have is overwhelmed – the problem that I have is to truly feel overwhelmed. I’m always looking for the essence. What can you do to really, really get the life you want and as quickly as possible? It is as if I’m finding pieces of the puzzle, but I don’t have the big picture. So for example, I know that the bottom line is how you feel; the key is really ***. At the end of the day, on average, how do you feel today?

Ten out of ten, zero, or minus ten and minus ten being you want to kill yourself and ten out of ten being I’ve got exactly the life I want. The key seems to be aligned with your feelings. So I said, oh that’s easy; I can easily be happy, right? For the last ten days I tried every single fucking way to be as happy as I could and I can’t get past like five or six out of ten – it’s really like a habit. So it’s – and it’s very funny because when I want to feel good and I use all these techniques it’s okay, but sometimes the willing to feel good backfires. And when you let go then you’re happy. So these feelings, they’re really a pain in the ass because at least for me it’s hard to know how to be aligned with them. So for example, some of the techniques that I use – the RBIM technology – RBIM by Robert Johnson, it works well with specific contexts. So okay, I’m in my car, I’m stuck in traffic, how do I really want to feel? It works. But the limit of this model is, like all the other tools, I might have a tendency to overdue it and if I overdue it, it backfires.

The other one I found is to put yourself in the present moment and focus on feeling a little bit better; just a little bit better. So, the cool thing about feeling a little bit better – it’s not threatening so your energies wont’ fight it and it’s not a pain in the ass, and you can always feel a little bit better. But being a maniac, I tested this for three days, but if you only do this for three days you get good at feeling a little bit better, but it lacks something. Like anything else, all the tools, I think I have a tendency to overdue it and then the feeling flips because you go okay, I’ve done enough.

The third key is habits. I think that the bottom line on if you’re going to feel good or not or if you’re aligned with your life or not is your habits. So for example, for the last two or three months, everyday – every night in fact – I evaluate myself. How did I feel today? And there really is a tendency for me to *** the average is 5.5 out of 10 – 10 being the perfect life and minus 10 being you know, you want to kill yourself. There’s like a ceiling at 5 or 5.5 and most of the time between 6 and 4. Now we’ll have peace at 10 or 7, and sometimes I go down to minus 1, but on average this is it. So the reason why I maintain there is because my habits, my fears, and my good habits maintain me in this rage of 4 to 6 so I think the key really is the habits.

The other things is I’ve made a lot of podcasts about Kevin Trudeau’s law of attraction because like I said, the guy might be a con artist but he really brings new distinctions to this whole law of attraction stuff. The two basic pieces being first, make sure you always feel good in the now – feeling as good as you can in the now – and that you always feel a little bit better. This is telling you what to do, not necessarily how to do it.

The third piece is, when you want to manifest something in your life, it’s basically you find what it is, make sure you really feel good when you think about it – what we call a burning desire – and that your belief is high. You believe you’re going to get it. So I have tested both things. Broadcasting something that, you know, I want but not really, really have a burning desire but I truly believe it can happen and it’s like magic. Really, it manifests itself in your life and you don’t really have to do anything. It’s not like for example, I wanted to play a specific video game for a long time and I broadcasted this, and it’s not as if I took action to do it. I mean, somebody really called me up out of fucking nowhere and said you want to play this video game and I went holy shit it worked. Another example is to eat at a fancy restaurant, I mean, someone literally called me and invited me there and it cost this person like $300 or something. So it works. This is when you want something and you also believe it. But the most fucked up thing I’ve done is I’ve used RBIM, looked into the future, and created the perfect future even though it was impossible to have it, and I really, really broadcasted that feeling.

Now like I said, the thing is you need to want it, to feel, to really want it, but you also need to believe you can have it and this of course I never believed I could have it, but I broadcasted the feeling as strongly as I could and the next two days were just hell on earth. I don’t know how it works, but it says with the law of attraction if we broadcast something you really, really want but you don’t believe you can have it, you’re going to be really challenged because it’s as if you’re saying hey universe I’m ready to go through a revolution and go to the next stage.

So the problem that I have right now is I got all these tools and all of these tools where it’s too much in the head. Which tool do I use and when you go from your head, when you’re not aligned with your feelings. So keep me posted guys, I’m looking forward to your feedback on this.

ramblings volume 1

June 30th, 2010

Here is a transcript of my last podcast for those of you who prefer reading.

Hey guys, you could call this podcast insane ramblings volume one. Kevin Trudeau and his law of attraction CDs, which I’ve talked about, he says something that I like. Basically, the most important thing you can do is to feel good now because when you feel good, it means you are aligned with who you are. The better you feel, the more aligned you are with your dreams and who you are. And with the law of attraction, it means you’re going to attract good things in your life. Now, the law of attraction could be complete bullshit, I don’t know, but let’s say it’s just a frame or a metaphor – but it’s really the way it works. The one thing I agree with is that the feelings, not necessarily the state, but the feelings – true emotions – are the guiding system if you’d like. When I feel really, really good then I’m really who I am. I’m with the chicks who’s naked, I mean, I’m not saying to myself oh I can feel good now because this – it really feels good and I know I’m doing what I want to do. If I feel like shit, I’m not having the life I want.

So the one thing I agree with him is that the feelings or state, I don’t know which word is more accurate, is your tracking device. And so, for the last three months every night I grade myself. So I called it the thermostat. So it goes from minus ten – minus ten being I feel so bad I want to kill myself, zero being neutral – neither good or bad – and ten out of ten being how I would feel if I had the perfect life. So in theory, for the last three months the most important thing in my life is to feel good. And when you look at it, I mean I just look at it again and I’ve got three months worth of data and it’s really four, six, no I’ve got some sevens and stuff like I’ve said in the podcast. So today I said okay, it’s only feelings. I’m not going to use any NLP or RBIM or energy medicine; I’m just going to look at the fucking feelings. It’s like a whole new world opened to me. I started to say oh, this is why I feel bad, and the funny thing is I’d say that I got about seven or eight recurring themes. Fears or limits, and I’d say most of my bad feelings come from major themes.

So that’s why I think – I said that maybe two months ago – that if instead of focusing on what you really want, which is what everybody says, you focus on what you don’t want meaning what is the worst thing in my life and I solve this. I found a direct correlation between the two. So for example, January, February, and March I felt like complete shit because I had some problems with my neck and I could do anything. I couldn’t do any sports, I couldn’t do any energy medicine, I couldn’t work, so I said okay I’ve got to fix this first and it took me like a month and a half to really fix it. And by the way, if your neck hurts it might be psychosomatic meaning oh no, I’m afraid that my neck might hurt and of course it makes it hurt even more. So anyway, I use emotional techniques on the fear of the neck hurting and it went away, so you learn from your mistakes. But when I solved this problem, which was the most painful thing in my life, it wasn’t pleasant to solve this. The process of solving it wasn’t fun, but once it was done my average feeling good, if you’d like, went from maybe one out of ten to five or six out of ten. So I’m wondering if I solve these seven things that keep coming back in my life and make me feel like shit maybe if I focus on them and fix them then I would really, really feel good.

The thing is, with all of the technologies that you learn, NLP, hypnosis, and physiology, energy medicine, and RBIM, and all of this. One of the things that it seems to be doing is you become so ingrained into not feeling bad – as soon as a bad feeling comes up, I’ve got so many tools to zap them, but I never take the time to look them. There’s some information there that could be useful.

So that’s it. If you guys have insights on that, Greg sent – you can look at the comments – he gave one or two books on the website that you can look at. I’m going to look at this. But, it’s really mysterious. I’m going to write down what it does to feel good because when you think about it, the most important thing is to feel good. I don’t give a shit about feelings or feeling good, it’s stupid. I can just put some music or change my physiology or spin my feelings, and I’m going to feel good; it’s only feelings. So the thing I want in my life is results. There are some things in my health I have to fix and my business, so it is as if it’s only feelings. But, it’s more than that. When you go from minus three to six, it’s only feelings, but in reality something else happens. I mean, in terms of energy medicine what I found is I’ve got this physical problem I had for ten years and my belief is that if I have these physical symptoms there is an energetic underlying cause.

So if you fix the energetic problem the symptoms will go away. And it’s so funny it is retarded. When I feel bad about this physical condition, it creates the fucking energy and balances and I can feel the symptoms coming back. So if I was intelligent, which clearly I’m not, I would say stop worrying about it; it doesn’t do you any good and it creates the symptoms. But it is as if it isn’t a choice. Now of course I can use EFt and all these things to remove that, but you think that just knowing this consciously that you should be able to stop worrying about it. So it’s really, really weird. I get all of this background and tools of energy and all of this stuff but I still feel like I’m retarded, I mean really – I mean I thought oh okay, I’m four and six out of ten so in one week using my incredible energy medicine skills I’m going to be ten out of ten it’s going to be easy. Well no, I really suck at it.

So it’s kind of confusing. So I know I’m jumping around but like I said, it’s random rambling volume 1. But the thing I’m going to do today is I’m going to take a big sheet of paper and I’m going to write down all the things – the things that it does to feel good. So for example, when I feel good I get healthier. When I feel good, somehow I stop being overwhelmed. I’m losing energy with these fears and stupid energies. When I feel good I stop focusing on what I don’t want. When I feel good it is as if I reconnect with who I am. I mean, when I feel bad it is as if I’m there but I mean, not really there.

And when you feel good again it is as if you find yourself again. I don’t know how to say this in English so it sounds good, but when you feel good things get clearer. When you feel good you go oh, that was really stupid to feel bad about this. So I hope this helps.

Hey!

Here are 3 of the best things I use right now:

- egoscue method

- removing friction (you’ll need this picture: http://www.yangtown.com/wp-content/uploads/zip_up_energy_medicine_balance_central_meridian.jpg) (what an ugly illustration!)

you can actually see Donna Eden doing the zipper for free on youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr-FEoY440g It’s a summary of her 5 minutes routine. The actual zipper is around 7min 25 seconds

-rbim/not nlp protocol :link to the inventor: http://www.notnlp.com

My secret technology

May 27th, 2010

This is one of these podcasts where I tell you some of my secret technology to achieve any goals but it’s open to discussion I’m really interested in what you have to say about this technology. Now to really give you all the details about what I’m doing I would have to do a one hour podcast but I like to keep these things short so I’m gonna give you an overview of what I’m doing and then simply ask questions if you have questions about this.

So first thing is what I call the triad. Now you’ll notice that some of these things came from Tony Robbins, Richard Bandler. A lot of them came from my experience, some of them from Robert Johanson.
But the basics to me is what I call the triad and it’s basically your state your focus and your behavior. And it’s either going faster and faster towards what you want or faster faster towards what you don’t want. So for example if I’m afraid then this is my state, I’m afraid. Then my focus is oh shit I’m a piece of shit because XYZ, and then because I focus then I’m gonna take a decision which is basically to do a behavior that’s gonna be stupid. And most of the time all it’s gonna do is to amplify my state.

So I’m afraid I’m looking for reasons why I should be afraid and then I take action from that point of view, the feeling of fears just gets bigger and then I focus on other fears and then I make even worse decisions so it gets worse and worse and worse. That’s why the first thing you gotta do when you feel bad is to interrupt the pattern and fix the state first.

Now you can go with the behavior or the focus but I found that doing an intervention into the state is the quickest way to solve this. Now I got an idea from a guy called Eben Pagan and it is what he calls removing friction. There’s a second part of my system, I think the key is to find the one two or three things that creates the more friction in your life. So it can be beliefs, problems that you have, frustration, fears. The stuff that you don’t want to think about it because you’re a positive person and you’d really prefer to focus on what you really want, not what you don’t want.

But I think that the starting point is actually what you don’t want, meaning the things in your life that stops you. So what you do is you find one two or three of these things, not more than three. I find that if it’s more than three it becomes overwhelming but you find the three biggest ones. Then I’ve created a synergy of different techniques that actually work very very well.

So what you do is you write them on the board. I got a whiteboard this is the way I prefer to work but you could put this on a computer if you like. So you find your tree problems or frictions, let’s say that the first is I’m overweight, let’s just say I’m overweight so that’s the first friction. What you do then is you use the RBIM and the NOTNLP protocol, if you don’t know what it is you can see one of my oldest posts or you can ask me a question, something that Robert Johansen came up with. Basically what you do is you go into the future, you access a somatic experience, and you put what’s there and what’s not there.

So for example I’m sexy, I got a beautiful body, I’m healthy I don’t have any of this overweight and it’s simple. It’s easy for me to lose weight and this weight lost is permanent, right because I changed my life habits and I didn’t just follow some diet.

Then what you do is every day when you get up in the morning you do this RBIM technology where in the future the goal is already achieved and then you use the energy medicine technique known as the zipper. So you zip yourself up 5 times saying out loud that the goal is done. So when you mix together the power of the zipper and the rbim technology the fusion is really incredible. And if you really want to be powerful you use temporal tapping.

So when you mix these three things together I mean you don’t have to change your physiology or any of that, I mean your neurology goes, of course. You really feel as if the goal is done and you don’t have to do any some kind of bullshit visualization or run and say affirmations like incantations like Tony Robbins says. Just use these three things.

And then the last thing you gotta do is simply create a massive action plan. I mean you got this state, you got the beacon of light, your goal you know what you want, then you gotta get off your lazy ass and do something. So all you gotta do is put the massive action list and then just do it. Now the step that nobody teaches is how do you actually find which step you’re gonna take.

Now it’s better to take any steps to do anything than not doing anything but the most effective technique that I have found is Win Wenger’s image streaming. Win Wenger is W-I-N W-E-N-G-E-R. Go on his website WinWenger.com and buy some of his stuff or buy one of his book, it’s really inexpensive and you’re gonna learn a lot of his techniques. Maybe I’m gonna do a podcast in the future about his most powerful techniques but the two ones I use almost every day is image streaming and the other one is freenoting.

So in summary what I use almost every day is what I call the triad, your state your focus your behavior. That’s just a general thing I keep in my mind. Then what you do is you find the friction in your life, the one two three stuff that really prevents you from progressing in your life.

Then you use the RBIN system and the NOTNLP protocol, then you use the zipper and then you can use the temporal tapping from Donna Eden. Then you create a massive action plan and then it’s basically every day when you get up you just do these things and it really makes it so that your energies and your mind are aligned to get you what you want. And one way to find what is the most effective action you can take to get to your goal is to use Win Wenger’s technique, one of the most powerful being image streaming.
