Log of attraction

I should be doing whole course on this. It’s basically a new way of looking at the law of attraction, but I’m going to give it to you really, really quick. All right, first an equation – who you are, equals as good as you feel, equals the results you get in your life. So it’s a “mathematical” function, meaning the more you are who you are, automatically the better you feel. The better you feel, the more you are who you are. And the most interesting thing is in direct proportion, the more you’ll get exactly the results you want in your life. So who you are, equals the degree to which you feel good, equals the degree to which you’re getting results. So it’s the same thing.

Abraham Hicks says there’s the 17 second miracle. If you think of a thought for 17 seconds it begins to take shape. If you hold your focus on that thought for 67 seconds it gets really strong. Is it 67, is it 61, who gives a shit? The idea is I’ve tested this and it’s really, really interesting. You can check with your kinesthetic about that.

So the way I used to use the law of attraction is a three step method. Put yourself in the now – let go, chill out, relax, whatever word you want to use – and the last one if you wanted, you can say what can I do right now to feel a little bit better. But, I was thinking about this and I went, oh I can be a lot more aggressive than this. Think about it – feel good, equals who you are, equals getting what you want in life. So the question was how can you always feel good without controlling it? And the other thing is if you focus on what you what you’ll get what you want. But how the fuck can I always focus on what I want? It’s just crazy. And this is where I had the ah-ha. See, how do you always feel good and how do you always focus on what you want without going completely insane or being obsessive compulsive? Well, one of the answers is that any way, you always monitor your feelings. And when you feel bad, it’s because you focus on what you don’t want. So instead of doing what I did, which is when you want to feel better you take action – you know, I’ll do EFT or I’ll do some sports or whatever it is – the vehicle you use to feel better is to focus on what you want. See, it all ties together. So how do you always feel good? Well, as soon as you feel bad, you’ll feel it, and then the tool you use to feel better is to focus on what you want.

Now what nobody teaches is how do you actually focus on what you want? And I got this tip from Robert Johansson from NLP, what you do is you simply imagine a moment in the future that might or might never happen. What I love to imagine is I go into a state of, yeah total bullshit, so I imagine that anything I want is possible. That way you’re not screwed by your beliefs. So what you do is basically say what you want and what you don’t want, and by the contrast between the two, clarity will come out of it. So my new system is right now, then let’s go chill out, and then you either take action to feel a little bit better or you use the focus route. Then you say what is it I don’t want now, and what is it I want in my life, and then for 17 or 67 seconds you focus on that. What you’ll notice is that the state will change, the focus will change, the reality will change, and the first manifestation of the law of attraction is that you will begin to attract thoughts or inspirations that are the same vibration that are the same energetic match. So instead of feeling like shit and thinking about shit and attracting more shit if you focus on your want for 67 seconds and you feel better, then you’ll attract thoughts that are a perfect match with that emotional state. And then you’ll take action and then you’ll change the course of your attraction.

EFT Anxiety. Does it really help you remove your anxiety and panics?

I’d like to share with you my own experience with EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques. For years I had panic attack, obsessive compulsive disorder. And I tried everything, whether it’s neurolinguistic programming or whatever, name it, any kind of alternative health techniques, I’ve tried them all and not one worked.

It got so bad that I couldn’t sleep at night, that is until I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT by Gary Craig.
I’m gonna give you my story, what worked and where you can learn EFT for free.

So the first thing you gotta realize is that panic or anxiety has little to do with what is happening in your life. It has to do with the state or the emotion itself. When you have a tool, a specific tool that you can use to get rid of bad feelings no matter what happens in your life you have the power to be free emotionally and that is what EFT does.

So once you realize that the problem is not the cause of your panic but the panic itself which is a bad feeling and the inability that you had to get rid of it, then with EFT you have the power to zap your bad feelings by yourself.
So how do you use EFT? There’s two ways that I found that are useful. The first one is to use EFT on the biggest fear that you have. So if you’re afraid of losing your job then you take the worst case scenario, losing your job, and you use EFT on that. And when that fear is gone then all the other little fear or anxieties that were related to the biggest fear will just disappear.
The second thing you can do is instead of just working on the trigger or the subject or the theme of your fear is to work directly on the state. So when you do the EFT protocol what you do is you would say even though I feel this way or even though I have this anxiety I deeply love and accept myself.
The other thing you gotta do is realize is that at the beginning you use EFT with your whole body but after a while you can do the EFT protocol in your imagination and it will still work. So that was what I was doing, because if you’re in public and you’re tapping these different points on your face you will look crazy, but if you do it in your head, in your imagination, it still works.
The other thing I want to tell you is if you have a lot of anxiety or panic and you’re always thinking about that, when you’re in your head instead of thinking or worrying to EFT in your imagination.

So instead of losing energy and worrying and practicing to feel bad you’re practicing EFT and after a while it shifts. You’re looking forward for more fear because you are developing a new skill.
