Law of Attraction Gratitude

Does it really work? I remember years ago I made the following conclusion. What I wanted to do with my life, whatever the fuck I wanted to do with my life, I wanted to be completely free. And so to be free, all I had to figure out is how to make a lot of money, and then I would be able to do whatever it is that I want. So I would scan through all the books and everything. And Tony Robbins was about to reveal to me how to make money, and I went yeah. And he said the key is gratitude, and I went what an amount of bullshit. Teach me how specifically I can make money. He said no, no, no, no, no, the how is not important. When the why is strong enough, the how appears. And of course that’s complete bullshit, because if I teach you specifically how to make money and it’s a perfect solution for you, you’re going to do it.

Now in terms of law of attraction, the idea of gratitude bullshit, or is it good? Well here’s the thing – let’s say that right now you are feeling frustrated. So in the present reality, let’s say for example you’re frustrated because your business isn’t going where you want it to go or it’s not going as fast as you’d like it to go. So you’re feeling frustrated about business. So what you’re saying unconsciously to yourself is when it’s going to make me more money, then I’ll feel better, or then I’ll be able to move on with my life. As long as you hold that, you feel frustrated. Now, if you were to switch that and “force” yourself to find a way to feel gratitude towards your business, what you would do is stop focusing on what doesn’t work and to feel gratitude, you have to focus on something else. So for example, it did not cut your penis this year, and you could feel gratitude about your business about that. But the thing is, from the moment that you changed the focus and you begin to feel gratitude, what really happens here is you switched your emotional set point, or your vibrational set point. See, as long as you feel frustrated, then you stay in that state and nothing advances in your life. Since you’re feeling frustrated, you begin to attract thoughts, ideas, habits, and behaviors, and states, that fit that feeling. And the more you practice this, the more you stay stuck, and the more it’s your reality.

But if you change that for a state of gratitude, or any other state as a matter of fact, you have to change your focus. And when you switch your focus, then your emotional set point changes, and you begin to attract other ideas and solutions, which help you to move forward. So yeah, gratitude is good, but anytime you feel bad and you just kick yourself in the ass and force yourself to feel a little bit better, then the whole thing changes because it’s really like a downward spiral or an upward spiral, because as soon as you begin to feel bad and you focus on that and it becomes a habit. Like Abraham Ike says, it’s the work or the spiritual work is basically all day long, going from feeling bad to a little bit better, and feeling bad to a little bit better, and feeling bad to a little bit better. And when you feel good, you’re feeling a little bit better, and feeling good and feeling a little bit better. So I hope this helps, and if you have any questions.

Law of Attraction Chat

Let’s have a little chat on the law of attraction. Now have you noticed that in my latest posts my post titles really suck? It’s because I’m doing a test with SEO search engine optimization, and basically what I do is I use a specific keyword called the law of attraction and I put it into a keyword generator. And then what it does is it generates a shit load of keywords related to them. So law of attraction chat, law of attraction PDF, and I’m making one post per keyword to see if I’m going to get traffic to my website with this.

So five quick things about the law of attraction that I discovered so far. Number one, I read the whole Ask and it is Given book taking notes, and there is one thing that really struck me that I didn’t really get yet at this point. It’s the universe is a universe of inclusion. Therefore, you cannot not want something. In other words, if you don’t want something then you’re focusing on what it is that you don’t want. I know it sounds stupid, but let me put it this way. Imagine you have a box, you have a box right? And the box represents your focus. So you want to make money, so you can either put in the box an amount of money, $10,000 if this is what you want, or you could put there what you don’t want. See, I have $23,000 in debt, that’s why I want more money. But what you really see in your mind is the $23,000 debt. So I went hm, and I realized that naturally I want to focus on what I want, but there is one or two things in my life that I just cannot not focus on. And I went that’s weird – the more I think about it, the worse I feel, and the worse I feel the more attracted, and I know I’m doing this and it’s stupid, but I keep doing it. I realized that what I have been practicing is letting go. So you can let go, let go, let go, let go, but I thought hm, what if you change the emotion you have regarding the situation. Not just let go and just try to face the situation, but just change the emotion. That’s something I’m going to test today.

The second tip is regarding attracting what you want. You can either be specific or general. You’ve heard that you can be very specific or general or just a feeling. I’ve been playing with this, and it seems that your job – let’s say you want something. Your job is not to get it. Your job is to take the time that it takes to determine exactly what you want. That’s really the job, and it’s not that easy. If you want to lose weight, it’s specific, it’s easy. But if you want something like your destiny is very vague or you have multiple targets within the same target, it’s kind of a hard job to do. So if you take the time to really clearly find what you want, once it’s defined it manifests like crazy, which brings me to the third point.

You know the infamous sweet spot? Determine what you want, make sure you have a good feeling when you think about it, and you have 100 percent belief that you can get it. Well I think that’s really the key. So you can have a big goal and you spend most of your time determining what it is that you want, but at some point you’ll get a pop-up, like an inspiration. And the way I’ve experienced it, it’s like a subdivision or a chunk down of this whole goal, and that chunk down is in the sweet spot. It is specific, you believe you can get it, and you get a good feeling. And then in like days it manifests itself. And then later on, you get another idea for another chunk down. So it is as if the process of manifesting, if the goal is too big or too vague, the more you think about it the more precise it becomes, which brings me to the fourth point.

Abraham, in her book Ask and it is Given, basically says that the key really is to focus because the more you focus on something, the more precise it becomes, and the more precise it becomes, the easier it is to think about it. That was a thing that used to fuck me up because I’d be thinking about something and I’d go oh I’ve got a bad feeling about it, I better think about something else. But the more you think about it, it is true that it becomes easier to think about it.

And the fifth point is, if there’s stuff in your life you hate, for example I’ve got this thing that I just keep thinking about it. I said I know it’s stupid to think about it; why is it there? Well what she says is when there’s a truth in your life, it started just as a small idea. So it’s a small idea, you get a bad feeling about it, you focus on it, it gets bigger. Feel bad, bigger, feel bad, bigger, feel bad, bigger, it becomes a belief, then you attract it in your life, then it becomes a truth, then it becomes a habit. So since you cannot focus on what you don’t want, you need to slowly change it, incrementally change the vibration you have to it. So that’s the key to changing stuff emotionally. I used to go on the quickly, and quickly, and quickly due to my background in NLP, but when you do it incrementally then it works. What I’m going to do today is apply EFT to the emotion I have while thinking about the problem and see what happens with that. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Abraham Law of Attraction

Here’s my review of Abraham Ike’s products, services, books, and dildos. Now, when I first heard about Ester Ikes I thought that she was completely crazy. I mean, the woman is channeling not one entity, but a group of entities. So I thought, uh huh, so the woman is channeling a group of guys? So I said hmm, this sounds like transsexual to me. I went hmm – that must be new age bullshit. And I listened to her stuff and I went oh, this is really, really good. Now the key, if you’re going to learn about Abraham, is you’ve got to listen to her life while she is channeling Abraham. Why? Otherwise, when reading her book you might have a voice inside your head, and that voice might be way too serious. So when you read the book, you absorb the information through a serious point of view, and that doesn’t make it work because the energy of the Abraham entities, they’re really entities or she’s just an actress. It’s one of fun and maybe a little bit of politically incorrectness, and that makes her whole message work.

It’s the same thing with neuro-linguistic programming. If you train with NLP trainers and you just want to kill yourself, it’s because they don’t have the essence of NLP, which is in my opinion, at least from what I’ve seen, best incarnated through Richard Bandler because like he said – bottom line, he’s a maniac, but he has a great sense of humor. So when you use NLP with a sense of humor it creates magic. But when you only use the techniques it doesn’t work. That’s the first thing about Abraham.

I could say that it changed my life. Now, for me to say that a woman who I thought was a transsexual or a transvestite, channels entities which sounded gay to me, changed my life means it’s really, really, really good. I mean her stuff is simple, it is to the point, and it fucking works. And I know that it’s good because it’s simple, it’s aligned with everything I’ve observed in my life, and I try to base my life on things that I can observe, not just theories. Now I will take a couple of observations and make theories, but just to generalize just so I can use them. But most of what she teaches, it matches perfectly what I’ve seen.

So I highly recommend her stuff. Now I’ve bought all of her – I say her, but it could be them because they’re a couple. I think it’s Jerry and Ester, but I’ve bought all of their books and I’ve put them in the recycle bin except one which is Ask and it is Given. It just doesn’t work with me, but every – or almost – I’ve listened to almost every one of her CDs and they’re all excellent. So if there’s one thing you might buy from her, or them, get the book Ask and it is Given. And any one of their CDs – the live ones are really, really good. There are some good ones where it’s basically her husband reading the book. And it’s good, the information is good, but to me the real power is when you can listen to her live. She starts a seminar giving a little bit of theory or at least perspectives and principles, and then people from the audience ask her questions and then she channels Abraham answering these questions. And through the variety of questions, you can really begin to apply this.

And I’m going to end with this – I think that her, or at least one of her most powerful ideas is the canoe metaphor, that everything you’ve always wanted is downstream, so when you stop paddling upstream like an idiot and resisting life and you just begin to “chill out” it works. who are you?

Who the fuck do you think you are? That’s actually a good question. Who are you? Here are seven things about who you are.

Point number one – there’s something that I’ve been curious about for a couple of years now. It’s *** approach and you can add to this Robert Johansson, and it seems that there is something about how you are when you operate out of this everything becomes clear. It becomes like the anchor point from which you make good decisions. It’s something I’ve been curious about for a while.

Second point – of all the things I’ve seen so far, one good way to talk about who you are it seems to be a feeling. Now you can use the word feeling, emotion, kinesthetic, semantic experience, but that seems to be the most accurate, or useful, or fun way that I’ve found to describe who I am, other than the more spiritual one if you go with Abraham Ikes, that’s something else. But in terms of really, really simple down to earth points of view to describe the sense of who you are; I find these to be useful.

Third point – let’s imagine that who you are is a feeling. Have you ever had this experience where either you’re watching a movie or you’re doing something and you go oh my God this is really who I am, and for a second or for a while you’re in the state or in that experience. And from that point of view, everything becomes clear. You go oh of course, and then for some reason it goes away and you go how the fuck do I get it back? So I’ve tracked the experiences that give me that. So for example, I’ve talked about it, but some Japanese animation gives me that. Being with some person gives me that. Simple stuff like, well less simple stuff, I remember the first training I did with Richard Bentler. I had to drive from home to Chicago. It was a billion hour’s drive, but when I was there I felt like this is really who I am and I went hmm.

So the question is how do you operate out of who you are? So we’ve got some pieces of the puzzle. If you go into the vestibular system, it seems that it’s easier to get there. But, one other way to do it is to simply make a list of specific behaviors or things to do that give you that feeling, and then you can do them more often.

The last thing that I’m playing with, and it makes the link between the law of attraction and NLP, and all of that. It is your ability to take something specific, one context although it can be a vague context or a very generic context, and take the time to really determine what it is that you want and you don’t want in regards to that specific thing. And the goal is to get to a point where when you think about it you get where Kevin says you get the sweet spot. So you might have this ultimate vision of who you’d like to be, but by moving through what you want and you don’t want, you get to a smaller step in the right direction. And that smaller step, well it makes you feel good when you think about it and you believe you can achieve it. And then the “law of attraction” works for you and then you can get it quicker.
